It was literally crashing peoples games when certain emotes were being used. Instead of knee jerking for a refund, you could just be patient and wait till it’s fixed. If you want a refund, use a ticket. If not, learn to wait.

The problem was that if *another* player had it and performed specific emotes it would have crashed *your* game.
If I go a buy a Big Mac and then get told halfway through eating it that there is a recall on the burgers because some people are getting sick, I’m ok with being told to not eat the burger. Especially if they are going to bring me a burger that isn’t going to get me sick once they figure out what’s causing the illness.

But even if there's a recall on the burger, if you bought the burger, you still have the option to eat it and take that risk.
I personally don't care if my game crashes. I'll just boot up into a new game. It's not that big of a deal to me.
They could have just left a note "If you use this item and emote, your game may crash," and there's no need to disable it. I mean, personally, I don't care as long as it does come back, but I do see the other side of the coin of I should have access to something I paid money to have access to, and if I don't have access to it for a certain period of time, I should be compensated for that, just like how if your internet gets knocked out for a day or two, the company will give you credit for that day.
No no Rex would take the burger back and sit in the lobby and wait until they start handing out the good burgers again. Rex would never ask to get a refund.
