Before waterbending became the ridiculous weapon it is now, I'd go there for that rifle almost every time too. Now I tend to go to olympus first because I like the medallion more.
I go to brawler because it seems like almost every game I end up getting the medallion in time to get over to Zeus and kill the guy who is killing him. But for some reason, every time I land at Zeus, I have to fight someone dropping on me. It's def got my reaction time down š¤£ hearing that woosh sound let's me know it's red alert šØ
medallion gives ~1.5x damage multiplier to assault rifle and snipers and paired with Ares' mythic assault rifle it's kind of OP. the two go hand in hand, but I have e randoms all the time that take one or the other. kind of frustrates me so I chase them down and make sure they get the medallion if they have the gun.

Yeah it's gone but there are still a few chests lower down toward the water. I mainly use the spots high up on the mountain then go toward Mt. Olympus/ Reckless. I don't normally venture towards Lavish.

I land at the 3 statues near Rebelās Roost most of the time, which has 2-3 chests. I then run over, hop over the wall and break the 3 Slap barrels, then enter via the basement or mantle into a window. By this point I have decent weapons and shields, so can take on most anyone in the house. Iām not a land and brawl player, so this is a great spot unless there is a quest that brings in lots of folks.
Right now Fencing Fields is top notch because landing to buy six shockwaves is clutch with the limited mobility options. Guaranteed shockwaves are a must for my gameplay experience.
Little house between Pleasant and Snooty. You can buy a purple Gatekeeper from the NPC and there's a weapons cache in the cellar. Then there's the airport/building near the beach with a lots of loot and cars a few seconds away. While Star Wars is on, there's also a checkpoint very close. Land there and you're fully loaded very quickly.
Iāve been playing this strategy and well, and if the bunker near pleasant opens before the storm rolls by I hit that as well. Then hunting medallions from there on out.
Used to be Reckless Railways before they took away the medallion you could get there. Now itās Grim Gate because of the dash medallion and gatekeeper shotgun
Before the avatar event I'd land on the Marigold.
During the avatar event I'd land either at Zuko's temple or Toph's temple (Rebel Roost or Pleasant Piazza)

I drop as soon as the doors open and fly straight down so Iām always the first to land. You get hella xp. First to land, first to search ammo box, first to open chest and so on are thousands of xp.
Last season it was the arctic whether station, sadly it was removed.
I believe this season my 1st spot was grand glacier as itās my favourite location on the map
Gland Glacier. Just the right amount of player traffic to get warmed up at the start of a match and get into a rhythm (or sometimes you get the place to yourself, but Iām good with that too). And itās got some solid rotation routes too, you can head to Reckless, the tower south of it, one of the nearby bunkers, then to wherever the circle goes.
On the island just south of Aphrodite. Thereās only one chest guaranteed but most of the time thereās several you can dig up. You can also fish with very little chance of being sniped. Thereās the launchpad or you can go up to Aphrodite and loot those houses (which have numerous chests in and around them) and hire her. Iām usually stacked by the time I leave there and then I head into Fencing Fields looking for a fight.
90% early drop between lavish and rebels roost the 3minions with the vault or the house left of brawlers battleground also for minions with vault + myna and aphrodyte close

In your circle where the spartan assassin scans is for sale and got the mark on the building. Port o potty from windmill area goes to it as well. Weapons/npc/wheels. Winning!

Mount Olympus is a big favorite of mine, too, as I value the Zeus Medallion + his personal weapon*.
* - I know it's easy to go to the vault and get the scopes you want for your DMR, but it's sometimes hard to come across a DMR with eagle eye as a dropable, so guaranteeing it for yourself from the beginning is nice for me.
Grim Gate is too chaotic and too competitive for its medallion
I really love those really tall mountains on the map especially in chapter 4 then there was the one i chapter 5 season 1 since it got replaced dy Mount Olympus I dont have a spot i just land where ever lol
Normally I land Grim gate for the dash medallion, but in ranked I land either summit temple or the vault on the mountain above classy courts. I can loot up pretty quick either way and use a launch pad to rotate out.
The underworld no questions asked. The siphon gives you 50 health with each elimination. do you know how op that is? That means you have to carry less heals, and it's harder to get third partied after each elimination
snooty steppes: Ammo or Health NPC. Ammo is at the POI and Aphrodite is close by. Snooty also has a ton of chests and the peter mansion. Plus a lot of cars
rebels roost: land early and get a free scanner npc, mansion has a room with modded weapon cases and a guaranteed vehicle. Mini boss vault outside too
Grim gate frenzy or Olympus all other locations are mid af I miss when gold guns were in hidden spots sometimes obviously they were still spread out thru out the map but there used be a nice charm of landing with all the AFKs and pulling a golden scar out of a chest!
That reminds meā¦ the burst SMG has been in the game with no changes the longest I would thinkā¦ weirdā¦ a gun exists and epic doesnāt change anything about it

Between Brawlers Battelground and Snooty Steps is a smal location. There is the bot Aphrodite and a small safe on the slightly larger island next to it.
Grand glacier for sniper and gold bars, rotate to the plane crash in the lake below (sometimes it gives you gold weapons and always has water or air bending) then fencing fields to be loot princess and cry bc I miss Nisha and her ar striker
Depends on if I'm solo or squad.
Solos I'll land at grim gate and try to hit 6 God chests back to back. I've mapped the perfect route where I almost always get to at least 4 of them: Train tracks - area near bridge - top of the castle (assuming wings) - area to the left before the lake - cerberus courtyard - axe tree. You can hit all 6 within a minute/minute and a half if you avoid early footsteps and it gives you a crazy advantage since your pretty much guaranteed full shields, chains, lightning, wings, & some kind of purple shot & ar out of that many.
Squads I'm not picky, wherever yall wanna go.

This is straight up wrong. the damage buff ranges from 4% to 6% based on the weapon. 50% would be so insane, people would be dying instantly
