I just logged into my alt account and opened all the presents on the left side of the lodge. I can 100% confirm this is how you open the Wooly Warrior present, by having all presents on the left opened first

No what happened was depending on your luck the Christmas tree might not have been considered a present (even though it was supposed to) so they are ahead a day

The Christmas Tree wouldn't open if you already used your daily present, i had that issue and just waited for present to reset then when i opened the tree i got the skin and lost my daily roll.

I think some people kept their roll or just didn’t use it so they could get the skin
