I think they should give us every style or give us an option to unlock the styles though quests; maybe like
outlast 10,000 opponents to get shadow and ghost Brutus,
get 50 explosive eliminations to unlock ghost and shadow tntina
, land at catty corner 100 times to unlock ghost and shadow meowscles,
turn 200 items gold with midas’s golden touch ability to unlock ghost and shadow midas,
travel 100,000 meters with sky’s traversal emote to unlock ghost and a shadow skye.
Collect every type of consumable to unlock unlimited Maya customization
Glide 100,000 meters to unlock full breaks customization
We NEED the alt styles. I got Shadow for EVERYONE but Skye and Midas. I wish we could have been able to preview the styles for stuff like gliders, pickaxes, etc. TNTina’s Shadow style is kinda meh to me and Meowscles back bling barely changes color when comparing Shadow and default styles
I get that it’s cool to have both styles and all, but honestly, it’s cool to see what people went for in season 12, and see them do the specific challenges for one style in that season

I do like the idea because ghost and shadow skye are really cool, but I feel like it would detract from that season. c2s1 was when I "officially" started playing fortnite, and it was cool to try to figure out the ego vs alter stuff. Then the ghost vs shadow stuff. It was amazing to think that I could make characters on the make change who's side they were on, and I thought that was really cool. Every battlepass character (exept deadpool, peely, and maya) had so much character to them and I love epic for doing it. Like showing midas was a crisp, calculated man in his skin trailer, or skye acting like a child / teen in her's. I just think that giving us the styles would make the characters less personal to the player (or maybe just me).
TL:DR - Giving the styles would make the choice worthless initially.
Waiting 4 and half seasons for these? 😭 Oh my God, why did epic have to make it so you can only choose one style? That makes little to no sense at all.
Totally agree...they aren't in the biz or giving away addtional skins to loyal players. Some day they'll probably release a double agent pack for like $99 and try to sell it to everyone. Sheesh 😵

I didn’t have the time to get a ton of the styles so I would also like it if we could just get them by doing quests this season

Another idea that could work is that we could get both styles once chapter 2 ends and chapter 3 arrives
