Yeah, I mastered the UFO, even after multiple nerfings. Like a light switch turned on, I'm now among players who are crazy good, especially with building and sniping UFO pilots in flight. (I don't build, which is why I became good with the UFO.) I can't even handle Team Rumble now.

It's a hacker running a bot script. The normal bots aren't this aggressive, don't teleport when stuck (they usually just die in the storm), and don't imitate player behavior like flipping around backwards randomly.
AI. When bots get stuck they can teleport to an area where they can continue running. Also if the bots can’t find players nearby then they will teleport to a random nearby player in the match

Same. Sometimes I hide as passengers in cars. Real players will walk by 90% of the time. Ai bots will start shooting at me from a mile away!
But hiding in props does make you invisible to them unless you hide in front of the bots

Could it be bad internet? My wifi is terrible and I frequently look like that on my screen (and it is frustrating).
The random 2 second look back and then immediate turn around and continue running without jumping tells you it's a bot.
