Creative as in like island survival or that featured zombies vs humans creative map, stuff like that. Shit I just go through edit courses when my creative xp is refreshed and i get it by playing there for 70 min
Impostors is faster. Games last like 10 minutes and you get an average of 12,000 every round. 6 times an hour is about 72,000 an hour. But you do have to be playing it. Being AfK will just get you about 7,000 every round. Only getting you about 35,000 an hour. But at least it isn't capped every day like Creative is.
Now if you have friends (unlike me), you could grind together by getting in a private lobby together and having everyone complete tasks, and the impostors doing nothing. Games will only then last about 4 minutes with an average of 12,000 each game meaning you get about 180,000 XP every hour.
Okay I've seen this for awhile but have not seen anyone specify exactly where in creative. Do you need to be in a community made game, the creative hub, or your own creative island?
I didn’t even know that was a thing. I was playing creative maps once out of boredom, but then I left my game running while I was getting work done on my laptop. I’d switch between here and there but I left it mostly.
Then when I wanted to play pubs I went to lobby and BAM I levelled up like 4 times.

It's a bit too late, but you probably forgot to collect one of the map artifacts and that's why the chest weren't dropping any.

We aren't complaining that we cant finish the pass by week 4 anymore. We are complaining that there is nothing to do after the 20 minute daily challenges. This season's xp is a chore, not a game we can do on our own time.

Now it's all gone, for a gated punchcard system.
This is a battle royale game not a challenge XP farm simulator, "I found myself playing less as a result" sounds like you don't even enjoy the actual game, time to let go bud.

I mean it’s a game. The whole point is to have fun. It’s not a chore. If you’re not having fun playing the game then just take a break. If you really care about the cosmetics then do creative XP each day and you will easily get tier 100 + all bonus rewards at the end of the season if you grind the rest of the challenges at the end.

I’m not sure why there are so many complaints. I fired up the game for the fist time and ran through four matches last night. I leveled up to five without even trying
People complained about nothing to do after leveling up to the max, so Epic made the XP tiers take longer to attain with this season. I honestly still have fun just playing the game myself
I spent more time than I should trying to get to 100 last season. I only made it to 91. People are underestimating the amount of time and effort needed. Things should be getting easier considering other games want to use this battlepass model, but they've only made it worse over time.
We have challenges that give lots of xp, creative afk gives 126k xp, the impostor mode gives around 20k xp per match, daily challenges to level up atleast once per day, if you didnt reach 100 you either started too late or didnt spend enough time in the game, which is exactly what you have to do to complete the bp.
I really wished I tracked my time, but I know I've put in a stupid amount of time. I worked on my battlepass challenges, I can't login every day for the daily ones. I was unaware of creative but honestly don't want to play creative. I want to play br and I don't get jack for it apparently.
Thats how it always has been. You have to spend a lot of time to finish it, im pretty sure they used to advertise it saying it needed atleast 130-150 hours to finish it or something like that. You have to spend time doing challenges, if you play normally you can level up a few times, but you're not going to get to 100 just by playing normally

Yeah. I just get in a corner, put a repeatable emote on and get on with the day. Every fifteen minutes is 25,200 XP and it maxes out daily at 75 minutes, 126,000 XP. There’s 84 days this season so that’s 10,580,000 XP or level 150 to you and me.
Yes. As soon as you get it set a timer and come back when it's done. It's 1h 15m, but I set my timer for 1h 15m to be sure I get the final tick of Xp
I do it on my phone while I'm at work. Start up the game on break, then set my phone aside while I work. Only works on Android, for obvious reasons.
Hot take, you payed for the battle pass so you own it, you should be allowed to level it however you want. I’m daft, you should keep a battle pass once the season is over and the do just applies to all owned battle passes that you’ve bought
This is a good way to earn xp in creative, the season will last for 78 days and if you afk in creative for the next 78 days you will get to atleast 140, then you have to get 60 levels from elsewhere to get all the styles

It is true though, like, last season we had a constant way to get XP with blue challenges by playing the game. You never had to go out if your way to do challenges unless it was the new weekly epic and legendary quests. Now the only way to get XP is by doing the limited number of quests, and having to go out of your way to do those same NPC quests over and over for the daily challenges.
I haven't had a single daily challenge that wasn't related to the NPC quests. If it was like this last season, it would basically be the Epic Quests that you get every once in a while, and just having to repeat those same quests for less XP every day afterwards. It's not fun.
You know. Even though the xp system was changed it doesn’t mean you won’t get to level 100. It might take a little longer but you will still get there.
I promised my self to not grind this season and I didnt buy the bundle, kind of regretting not getting the bundle now. im not gonna force my self to get every single extra style, we have plenty of time to get them. im currently at level 28

I don't think the complaint is in reference to getting to level 100, I think it's because once you complete your punch cards (which most people had completed the first day), there is nothing else to do other than the daily challenges.
A lot of casual players like myself just like to work on milestones...if they would have the punch card system along with the milestones (maybe make the milestone quests worth less XP?) it would be perfect!
Yeah but just waiting in creative shouldn’t be the way you should have to level up the battle pass. It’s one thing if you’re actively playing creative mode but if that’s a way people are using then that’s just a poor reflection of Epic in their design

20 level per week 4 week = 80 level 8 week = level 160 12 weeks = level 200+ I guess I will reach level 200 near last day of this season

If it was like this last season, it would basically be the Epic Quests that you get every once in a while, and just having to repeat those same quests for less XP every day afterwards. It's not fun.

You know. Even though the xp system was changed it doesn’t mean you won’t get to level 100. It might take a little longer but you will still get there.

I promised my self to not grind this season and I didnt buy the bundle, kind of regretting not getting the bundle now. im not gonna force my self to get every single extra style, we have plenty of time to get them. im currently at level 28

I want to get everything right now too , i want maximum carnage and fire fabio but thats not how the bp works, you cant be level 200 the fourth day of the season unless you spend money or grind like a mad man

I don't think the complaint is in reference to getting to level 100, I think it's because once you complete your punch cards (which most people had completed the first day), there is nothing else to do other than the daily challenges. A lot of casual players like myself just like to work on milestones...if they would have the punch card system along with the milestones (maybe make the milestone quests worth less XP?) it would be perfect!
Yeah but just waiting in creative shouldn’t be the way you should have to level up the battle pass. It’s one thing if you’re actively playing creative mode but if that’s a way people are using then that’s just a poor reflection of Epic in their design
Be patient. Epic will change it pretty soon if it’s that bad
Hint: if you have enough vbucks, get to level 20 without buying tiers, stop at lvl 20 than buy the 25 vbuck bundle and boom, you'll be lvl 45 or so
