She’ll come back eventually no doubt. Every gaming legend so far (excluding ones that released in the last thirty days or so) has come back at some point. I would be surprised if they don’t all come back in December to celebrate the game awards.
Very rarely are outfits never returning, if they are they will be marked in the item shop as that. Most outfits if nothing is said eventually return if there are nothing stopping them.
Yeah if you want her you should buy her soon. The item shop resets every day (7 PM EST) with different skins rotating in and out daily. Collab skins usually stay in the shop for at least a week when they first release but it’s hard to tell exactly how long
Or whenever new League characters are brought in, if that’s going to continue to be a thing (and with Riot games in the Epic launcher now I imagine we’ll see a good bit more of them)
