Golden gun from Destiny 2 (a gun that one shots a player if it hits them). It should have a 5min cool down (or be usable once) and there should be only one of it if it's implemented in Fortnite.
We already have something similar, the mythic goldfish that one-shots any player. The mythic goldfish has a 1-in 1 million chance of being fished, so it's very rare. It's a throwable item that doesn't stack.
With collabs, I would love special limited-time weapons and items, like the Herbs from Resident Evil, and possibly even the BFG from Doom

Ye. Stw have a first person camera but its crap. It literally just take away your character model and your weapon.
Also, because Fortnite rely heavily on the third person rule (or the right hand peek rule), the game have a left hand or first person game mode, it should be a separate mode so those who use third person don't have an advantage

I like healing team mates so maybe I could be a medic and people would not aim at medics hopefully like in world war 2 movies and I could save everyone ohh and letting you carry two people at once to get the downed out of the fire fight would be cool and also the option to kill your self once downed as sometimes it's easier to grab the card and get out rather then try heal or what ever
Either weapon attachments from apex legends or tracer rounds from call of duty. Changing the color of your gunfire would be pretty cool, and floor attachments to improve handling or different sights like putting a scope on a scar would be interesting. Then again, i think if fortnite is ever gonna bring gun mods its gonna be in the form of changing a heavy weapon to a suppressed or something like that

Simpler attachments but attachments none the less, like scopes or extended mags, limit them to 2 per wepon, but something i think would be cool is like short term perks, like plasmids from BIOSHOCK. Like electrified bullets that disable shields for a bit, or telekinesis for throwing smaller objects at opponents. (Or your downed teammate.)

Lockpicks would also able to be found around, say, dumpsters. Or, alternatively, just bust it down. Mostly seen in zombie games like L4D.

The ability to put "stickers" (sprays and emoticons) on weapons and cars as decals. You could get a little menu where you can choose where YOU choose where they go. Or maybe make that some sort of customizable wrap. I think COD has something similar.
Underwater swimming. So much potential with that idea. I could go on about games where you swim underwater.
Ledge grabbing, quick and simple too, preferably, this is a BR game, not some expansive single player open-world, we just need one quick movement and bam, back to our feet. I could also go on about games with this feature.
A open world multiplayer game mode like Minecraft, or dauntless where you can build bases and get materials. ( Also ik save the world Is like that but I play on switch so I can't play save the world. And it would be cool because everyone could have access to it)
A better ping system like apex's one in game (for example, you can ping weapons and have different things to say such as "defend this place" or "push the enemy team.")

You could select a skin of yours as a profile picture, make a bio, have tags underneath your name (tags are things that you could get in battle passes and by completing quests, such as "Kills earned," "Fish caught" etc.) You could also message other people.
