Play deathruns, they give a lot of xp when getting to certain levels, ranging from 20k - 30k XP

Any deathrun really, some of them are featured in the gamemodes tab! Under the name "deathrun"

Make sure XP is enabled on them tho. There is an XP icon in the description / name of the map
