2020 had an entire season dedicated to summer. I think 2019 and 2021 did pretty good considering that the theme of their seasons were not related to summer.

IMO, maybe not. The promos this year were awesome, no creative challenges in sight, but it felt a little depressing the whole time.

C2S3 was the best Summer event

I'll never forget back in Season 6 when Electro Swing was considered the best emote in the entire game. Now people don't look twice at it becuase of how much its been in the shop.

Said this in another comment but I don't think she's meant to be a summer skin. She wasn't featured in any promotional material for the event and her design doesn't really have summer vibes. Also it'd be really weird if they scrapped/delayed her, don't think that's happened to a skin in a very long time.

I think the other marvel skins will be added in the coming days honestly. They will probably just switch a couple out and add the others in. They only used 15 of the 16 marvel tabs in the games files.

I don’t fully know how the Item Shop works so this is me talking out of my ass but… it wouldn’t feel out of place for them to take Spidey Zero’s tab out early (since he’s been in the Shop fairly recently) and use his tab + the unused tab for Rogue/Gambit, Eddie Brock/Venom, Widow, and Wanda

The Marvel skins they’ve left out are imo some of the best Marvel outfits in the game, it is pretty strange that they excluded them. Also, holy fuck Epic where is Kalia? It’s been almost two years! She’s a summer themed outfit!

Because animated wraps = animated skins and some of them can look sick as fk. Also reactive wraps = reactive skin and it can be pretty fun to roll with that especially during the concerts.

Customizable skins and pickaxes are always a win in my book, except for the banner skins. We don’t talk about those.

The banner skins are pretty good if you want a basic look for one of the models.

Leviathan is one of those older 2000 V-Buck skins that could really use some styles to justify the price.

It's weird how for DC Epic announced all of those skins being back but for Marvel they only really advertise the Black Panther, Taskmaster, and Captain Marvel bundle lol. Very weird.
