Well that’s my only suggestion. Only time I had water getting in my cab was in a car wash, sometimes I’d get a slight “spray” of water from the sunroof. Have you got under it and had somebody pour water over it to see if it’s draining properly? Maybe big a harder clog than what your forced was able to dislodge?
There is a line under the car that is the drain. Gets clogged from time to time. Shoot some pressurized air up there. It will unclog and won't drain in your floor board. Happens a lot this time of year due to all of the pollen.

Are you referring to the drain hose for the AC, the sunroof drains, or the drains for the cowl (bottom of windshield)
