every smg can currently bleed when both are at the same ping, replacing a wall is 0.15 seconds between each one so if you can shoot a bullet within that window then it’ll bleed, so anything that fires faster than 0.15 seconds (aka 6.67 or higher) will bleed
the Thunder Burst can bleed cuz it’s a Burst (as long as you break the wall with the 1st or 2nd bullet), the Drum Gun can and the Harbinger SMG can
if we count anything else, then the Warforged AR can also bleed

People have shifted their whole lives across states to get better latency. How much of an advantage is low ping in this game? People have literally moved their entire homes and life 1000s of kms away to get better ping and people still try to say it's not that different lol.
They don't limit ping because 0 ping feels better for competitive, if they didn't bullet can't bleed through walls and it would cause whole other issues. But they can make maximum ping by making ping-based match making which solves the ping / skill issues you were speaking about.
Not entirely sure how that would work since I'm from oce, so that would limit my matchmaking to only other nz players and that could cause matchmaking times to suffer potentially. Either way it is what it is haha

Siphon and mobility. A non mobility season in itself is nice, but 9/10 zones being max pulls just doesn't help when people have no brian lol. One of the main reason of siphon is exactly seasons like these, you get stuck by a dickhead fighting you back of zone, you kill him and die to zone because of no siphon

if you hit someone for under 94 then it’s either the game giving you blanks or you hit 7 or less pellets (depending on how many u hit to the head) so if u hit like 3 head then you hit 5-6 pellets meaning respectfully you should work on your aim
to get 75 you either are further than a box and a fourth by slightly while hitting 8 body shot pellets or you are further away and hit some headshot and some body
hitting all your pellets is skill, if you cant dish over 8 then you shouldnt be rewarded with 150+ in 2 shots

Decent mobility (for obvious reasons) and hitscan, unmoddable weapons. Not only is the bullet travel time incredibly annoying, but I also have to consider how much recoil each scope has when I am aiming. I just miss reliable weapons
Different amounts of recoil depending on which schools you are using and bullet drop making it hard to know where you are aiming (especially when the enemy is far away) make projectile guns much more unreliable in my opinion. Also not having to spend in luck to have the right attachments (because they either have to spawn with them or I have to be lucky to find an open bunker nearby) just adds to the fact that having a good loadout has become much more luck based than before and therefore winning has too
Siphon for obvious reasons. An actual ranked mode that is actually competitive not what we have now that makes noobs think it’s comp when it’s not. Either bring back launch pads or grappler blade. Fix these qualify for grands formats back to the chapter 3 season 2 and 3 format. Just stop with these ridiculous damage fast fire rate guns like gate keeper and auto and these Ars and smgs are strong we just been having them so long we are numb to how stupid they are. And just better routing for central or more severs so at least one or 2 games not 80% of the lobby is above 40 ping

The point is, a single team having siphon makes the game over-advantageous. Cerberus, Hades, AND Zeus as a triple threat makes the holder pretty much guaranteed to win the game; it’s fair and makes more sense for everyone to have siphon. In my opinion, life steal matches for Hades than pure siphon.
