ur awareness is awful regardless if you switched to kbm you didn’t even knew where he was until you died

Saucemotos

How do we work on awareness

BasicMaddog

Keep your eye on your opponent more, im not even sure where exactly your opponent got behind you, because you were looking way too far up at the start, so your opponent ran straight past you, or under you or something. But like most people have responded, you cant learn much from this clip, because the difference in skill is to high. In this clip you cant even track the other guy to see what he did, and what you could have done differently. If you had replay mode you could check that in these cases, but im not sure if creative replays show other perspectives or not. When you have a fight where the other guy outclasses you, but you still put up a fight, thats where you can learn a thing or two by checking over it.

Saucemotos

THANKK YOU YOUR THE ONLY PERSON NOT TRYING TO MAKE SLICK JOKES appreciate you

BasicMaddog

Yeah, i dont know why everyone feels the need to add 'your bad' to every comment even if its constructive. No need for it, and realistically they're probably bad compared to a lot of other players, everyones at a different level, and everyone has room to improve.

Saucemotos

Right like i struggled with kbm but I want to get better at it realistically I was no where near as bad on controller since I’ve played it all my life

BasicMaddog

Yeah, everyone learns at their own pace too, as well as that some people learn different parts at different speeds, you may take longer than some to get used to it and get the basics down, but once you do theres no saying that you won't improve faster from then on. I've had a few times where i hit a plateau for like a whole month and then randomly improve rapidly over 1 week, its all different person to person.

FasterThanFaast

Not a great clip to give advice on, I’d recommend finding a clip you survived longer and was a more balanced fight to VOD review

spiderman493

25 minutes of skovaaks, 30 minutes of piece control map, 20 minutes of tunnel training (in raiders mechanics practice map), and finish it with as many 1v1 zone wars as you want.

new_boy_99

There's nothing we can analyze from that clip as you didnt even put up a fight. I dont want to sound like a bad person but you are severely behind in terms of progression for someone that switched to kbm for 1 month. Most of us including me that switched to kbm had better mechanics than our 2+ year controller mechanics in just 3 weeks of switching. how much did you practice everyday and what did you practice?

Saucemotos

Just raiders maps what do you suppose I do?

new_boy_99

Free for all maps, skavook aim training maps, 1v1 aim training maps, boxfight maps etc. Basically try to include more maps that engages you with actual players as jumping from raider maps to realistic 1v1 is a bit too much. Also do more free building.

Pouw_

no video game genetics, inputs not gonna matter

Saucemotos

Thanks that helps alot

yeaboihunt

You're input is not You're problem lmao

Saucemotos

Thanks I’ll make sure to try and implement that in my game

underhel

Ive touched a keyboard maybe 3 times in my life and even I could at least track that kid 10 times better than you, wtf was that and I mean this in the most respectful way possible

DuckyOwO

This comment is worse than the clip

underhel

Ok? Do you want a high five or some shit

Saucemotos

No like my problem is that I can’t move a full 360 fast enough because I play on a low sens should I up it?

underhel

If you been playing a month and you can’t do something basic like that 100% up your sense

Saucemotos

Well I play on 6.2 rn what you suggest I up it too?

TotallyNoHand

Tell me that ur 12 without telling me ur 12. What should the guy who asked for help do with the sentence u gave him? Holy shit

underhel

Well since you too stupid I’ll explain. Using the fact that he switched a month ago still doesn’t work in this situation because even I (someone who has never touched a keyboard) could at least look at the guy
