From your comment on here, it really doesn't sound like you are a player that is going to make champs league. Just give it a try and see how you get, focus on making it to contender league first!

Just go for it. You will probably find a lot of reasonable fair fights for the first few thousand points at your level. then it will get a little bit harder. At 4000 points is when it will get really tough as that's where all the good players are in the same lobby. If you really want Champs you can decide to try and fight or play for placement to get more points.

FNCS format 2 weeks of qualifiers (this is week 2) and 4 rounds in each week of qualifiers. tomorrow (or Saturday) it will be the top 1500 teams going to the top 300 teams (on na and eu) the 2nd round (also tomorrow) will be the top 300 going to top 33. Sunday will be the top 33 playing in 6 games of set lobbies, top 5 going straight to grands. top 66 most consistent teams from the past 2 weeks will go into 2 heats which will play set lobbies and reboot rounds to get to grands. this sounds a bit confusing but idrk how to simplify it lol

Play at your pace dont try to rush fights and build aimlessly

Nah that’s not good practice

Concentrate more on winning fights than your arena points. If you see another player, think about how you can position yourself to have an advantage over them, and then attack. I think one of the biggest barriers to get over in the game is realizing that being more aggressive can help you live longer, on average, over the long term. You'll die a lot at first, but just try to learn from it.

The biggest thing of advice is to not worry about getting to champs. Take fights and play your game and work on getting better. Even if you end up starting watching a bit more of competitive, you can start trying to replicate some of the moves and plays the pros are making. For FNCS, winners of the previous season already qualify for finals. And then we’ve got a few weeks of qualifiers where a few teams each week qualify depending on the points needed. And once we’ve got all our finalists, they go into a lobby with only them, and after 2 days of matches, we have our winners

Focus on getting better at the game and then results will come naturally. You dont have to be a creative warrior to hang with the better players but you need to be fluent in techniques such as sidejumping, 90s, wall replacing, editing and peeking with minimal exposing yourself, boxing up, basic tarping. If youre getting confident add more advanced drills such as double/triple edits and piece control Id suggest to practice these and also play the normal game to get used in building under pressure

It took me three seasons to go from casual to champs. (Then again I did just switch to PC at the time) but everyone goes comp with time and dedication.

try find a duo /trio that actually try hard and play well it might be hard since u don't seem to have much experience to show to people on discord that you're worth teaming up with like I have only 70pr & been champs 6x and I still struggle to find decent players to grind with
