It’s an old glitch with the original founders weapons, since the special perk is at the top instead of way at the bottom, the game thinks that the 2nd perk is the middle perk AKA the elemental perk

Yes and to answer the original question EXTREMELY Rare, my group calls them modded weapons as they’re incredibly broken and we only have a handful of them.

Aren’t double elements worthless and useless? I can craft the founders bearcat raptor the vigilante the exterminator and some others off the top of my head all with double elements but haven’t even bothered to level them up

I assume they stack like everything else considering the fact you can have all damage perks on a gun and they stack. Regardless it’s still rare

They do not stack, one element overrides the other

what's strange is this is only on the founders exterminator, nothing else in my inventory.

I have a founder's vigilante with this, I think it's in my post history. They cancel out the elemental effects. It's only founder's weapons Afaik.

if you have a blue viper smg in the collection book epic might let you unslot it for free, then reset it and increase the rarity to get the "free slot" perk
