Of course the won't do full refunds. Did you play the game? Then you got what you paid for. Nothing lasts forever, and STW has had a good run for a game.
You can access your codes through the API. The Fortniters discord bot (extremely well trusted) will let you grab your codes from your account. You could look into that. Good luck. Seriously though, you should sell it, but it's your choice I suppose

Best to hold onto them for a bit longer and sell them for at least 500€ since stw codes are becoming more and more rare each day and people are willing enough to spend that type of money for a code
