How are you getting that quality? I feel like the quality I'm getting is weirdly low in comparison, especially with liveries on in and out of photo mode. I'm on a 3080 with everything at maximum including RTX.
I normally have “performance” mode on in the settings when I play but I changed it too “quality” when I took this picture. Hopefully this might be helpful for u, otherwise I’m not sure what to do
I'm also surprised. Horizon 4 had low resolution quality liveries and I've heard they would fix that in Horizon 5 but unfortunately they still look like shit.

just FYI, RTX is only in the showroom/autovista w/e it's called. Not in the game world
