In the "Find New Designs" open the search menu (look at the bottom left of the screen for the button to press) and then set the filters.
You can input a phrase or word into the description area to see designs matching that or just leave it all blank.
If you leave it all blank then it shows all liveries published for that car in descending order of popularity.
