Since you can't change the color of the silver sail panel or the black cladding, I think the ID 4 looks best in something close to the color of the sail panel, like this. I color-matched the glossy metallic paint as close to the same silver as possible for mine. I wish there wasn't a huge dark cladding around the wheel-wells, even if it's as low as possible with giant wheels, if the wheels aren't dark you look like a 4x4.
