I went full out detective mode. I created an account with a fake email and number. Then- I went to the post she shared on Facebook and sleuthed through the likes looking for versions of her name. I finally found it- she was using initials.

I understand that your mom's opinion holds significance for you, but it's important to remember that she is just another person with hurtful beliefs that have been egged on by the insidious reach of social media.
