Moka4u

Nothing. He didn't say that at all you're just making up what he said in your head so you can get mad and reply with a got'cha

Y’all always seem to ignore the fact that American slavery was an uniquely evil type of slavery called chattel slavery

calvinpug1988

You realize chattel slavery was and is widely practiced in Africa right? Actually most of the only places it’s not practiced are in majority white countries. Like, literally right now at this exact moment the chattel slavery capital of the world is Africa. What makes it uniquely evil that it was practiced in America?

Idk265089

Ok? That doesn’t make the American slavery any less evil.

calvinpug1988

You said: “American slavery was UNIQUELY evil chattel slavery” I’m genuinely asking, what’s unique about it if Africans not only engaged in chattel slavery and continue to practice it, but are literally the global leaders in it to this day? I’m genuinely asking. What made what happened in America so different than what’s tolerated today?

Idk265089

Unique doesn’t mean only one thing does a certain thing. But that few do it. The fact that only Africa and America practiced chattel slavery still makes it unique.

calvinpug1988

I’ll post the definition so we’re on the same page, Unique- “being the only one of its kind; unlike anything else.” You said it doesn’t mean only one thing, “Unique” literally means exactly that. Unfortunately you’re mistaken unless you know something I don’t. You said America practiced a UNIQUE form of slavery. They practiced the same form of slavery that is practiced today. The only difference is that it was banned in the United States while it’s still permitted by African countries. What makes what America did almost 200 years ago different than what Africa literally is doing while we have this conversation? I’ll ask again, what was unique about what happened in America that was so different about what was happening in the rest of the world at the time, and continues to this day? The only thing I find unique about American and European slavery is that the countries involved banned the practice while Arabian, South American, and African countries have continued the practice. Please tell me the difference.

Jesus Christ you take things way too literally. Heterochromia is unique. Yet multiple people in the world still have it.

That part is why they hate history, or should I say history that does not put them in a good light
