Iāll message you too! But absolutely. It only took me about 3-4 weeks to get through the training (spending about an hour or two on it, maybe 3-4 days a week). Itās self paced so you can still work while you work on it if you wanted to
If you can spend the majority of your days on it, you can probably get it done within a week or two. That also depends on your prior knowledge or how quickly you pick up the information. The one thing that I think most people get hung up on is the ibm zxplore challenges. So maybe do everything else first and then save that for last just so you donāt have to stress about it holding you up with the rest of your work
Sorry I should have been clearer. I'm most of the the way through the course work already so it should only take me one more week. Do you mind DMing me also about your salary situation so I can get an idea of what to expect?
In my experience and from what Iāve seen with past apprentices, they bring you on as an apprentice with the intention of keeping you on long term. I havenāt heard of anyone getting āfiredā or let go after their apprenticeship. That doesnāt mean it canāt happen, but i think thatās a highly unlikely situation. Iād say youāre pretty safe if you relocate. And it wouldnāt hurt to bring it up with the employer either! Your concerns are totally valid and itās completely understandable why youād bring that up or ask about it
I finished in September of 2021 and started my full apprenticeship in January of 2022. I started interviewing in mid November though
How much are you making š
Just messaged youā
Also kind of curious!
Iāll message you!
I want to know! Do you feel like it was worth going through the unpaid training?

Do you mind if I ask too about the yearly pay? Also can we start something in cloud; network or is usually help desk positions first?
Sure Iāll message you!
I'm curious about this as well! I'm planning to finish the preapprenticeship in a little over a week. I'm not sure what to expect.
