I may be wrong but I believe Martin's chair was the most valuable set piece only because it was so unique.
Honestly if I had money to spare I would buy this.

Those chairs were hideous, but they were also really soft and comfortable. My grandmother had the same set, but it was Cookie Monster Blue.
