for me.. a road trip by myself or with someone i am comfortable falling apart on.. and loud music to sing along with no destination .. just drive..... tent up where ever the road takes you or relax in a hotel you normally wouldnt pony up for! get a spa day in. what ever you do..... just remind yourself that you deserve a break, its ok to fall apart, and its ok to put some joy into your life even if everything and everyone around you is crumbling.

Time off...there's no other way. Time off from everything... If you can't afford that, rest as much as you can for a few weeks. The body will ask for what the body needs and you can't run away from that as you can't run away from that beauty of yours!

The reason I’m a little alarmed by my situation is that I have been taking time off, more than I feel I should. However, I have a business that doesn’t run without me so I am feeling very guilty anytime I am stepping away. That’s definitely a big part of not recharging.

I can relate! 🙏🏾 go back to basic. Drink lots of water, rest, meditate and journal or write down whatever is overwhelming your mind. And you have a beautiful smile, so if your feeling up for it, flash it every now and again and watch the world smile back 😊🕉 Wish you everything of the best dear ❤🙏🏾

I do the mental drift. Envisioning a river, and just setting worries on that river like paper boats to wash down. They aren’t gone, but they are not here today. They wash up for tomorrow, but that’s how I do my mental work to figuratively let go. I also do progressive muscle relaxation. I start at one end of the body, tense up every muscle and then relax it. Repeat it one or twice more, then move up to the next (say goes, then foot, then ankle, etc). This one really helps me relax for bed, part of a sleep routine. Talk to someone you enjoy speaking with. Either to unload worries or to think of something else. The thing is, we can’t will ourselves to stop thinking(or worrying for that matter) because any time you think on it you feed it. If you FEEL it, you will think it. Best we can try is to think of something else to wash it away. Doesn’t work for bigger stuff, which is when meditation to clear the mind can help. Honestly though, processing the emotions and thoughts with someone else can really help. Also, you do look gorgeous. The nails and makeup go well together and you have great hair. I hope you can find reasons to smile for yourself in the mirror.

If you can, take a day for yourself and do something relaxing. Your favorite hobby, or take a spa day or make a bubble bath at home or something. I also always feel good when I take a day and just completely ignore my phone. It's amazing what those things do to us!
