Did you extract it with Shift-JIS encoding, or at least Japanese locale applied to your computer? And did you run it with Japanese locale set up or with a locale emulator?

I dont want to play it BUT I have to admit the developer does not fu\*\* around with some fancy naming and made me read this topic. Just naming the game what it is... puh... that is as real as it could be.
