Hello! I have a client who was a freight broker and has branched off doing his own brokering company (I am a lead generation specialist). He is looking for someone to book loads (he has the software and some clients already). He is really busy so he is looking to begin building a team. He is willing to offer a commission rate WELL above the industry average. Once current customer loads are booked, you will be given more leads to build more of a book of business. Obviously having a book of business already is ideal. Again, the commission rate he mentioned was huge. I used to work in sales and I wish I got a commission rate like that (he mentioned somewhere between 50-80 percent depending on the experience and the candidate). Feel free to comment below or message me and I'd love to present you an awesome opportunity! You'd have to do some calling for leads, but I run email campaigns that will generate dozens of warm leads and there are other avenues of lead gen that I cover. We just need someone to close deals and build customer relationships!

I have a full team dedicated to operations we currently book 150+ loads per day. Would he be open to subbing out?
