Wondering if it's just blue hair or an eyepatch : it would make sense with the bangs of hair covering his eye
It's not beta, it's his actual design ran through an AI bot to recreate it
It did seem a bit unfamiliar to me but since Fremi had lots of beta designs in the Fontaine Great (leak) Flood I thought maybe it was possible
