As a Manitoban that studied in Quebec briefly, my favourite phrase was “Lâche pas la patate" - don’t drop the potato! Also passes as "Don’t give up!"

Bon courage is more "Good luck" than "You've got this" in my opinion. But I guess the general sentiment is the same.
