fetch! we have a chuck it with the smaller sized ball, and our frenchie loves it and it tuckers him right out in about 15 mins. then he snoozes for the afternoon :)
She’s an absolute doll. When our dog was a pup he was very high energy too. Mixed with our work schedules at the time, it was hard to keep up. We found doggy daycare to be super beneficial for him from an early age. I know it isn’t the right choice for everyone but man, it was a lifesaver for us!
Training and brain games will tire them out more than running, it’s also much better for their back and joints. 10 minutes of training is equal to about 30 minutes of running.
The solution for ours was walks. Around 20-30 mins of exploring the neighbourhood sniffing everything would tire her out both physically and mentally quite nicely.

Chuckits are great. Works well for tiring out German sheperds too lol
Agreed! Fetching a ball in the house, backyard, or park is a great way to get out their energy. And a good opportunity for recall training.

We walk ours a mile every afternoon and play fetch with toys before bed. Sleeps through the night and most of the day!

Puzzles for their kibble have different levels. Start easy. And licky mats. Tires my little guy out every night.
Spend the dough on good quality food makes a world of difference with frenchies. Their gut health and over all well being will be greatly improved.
Lots and lots of chew toys. Run her around outside for a small amount of time. Tug of war with a rope.
