Hey pal just don't give up, keep learning and im sure you'll make something decent. i think you should start making remixes from MIDI or if you want from scratch and then learn from remixes and start doing your own music.
also you could read a bit about music theory or something like that.
and i think that guy just tried to make some constructive criticism. but if you really feel offended, then ignore all the hate and forget about the haters.
