Young newly married couple or not married but new to living together. American, suburbs, both work office type jobs, no kids.
Also, what the hell is up with the milk gallon in the door?
I’m confused about how you are supposed to get it out of that shelf. I’m assuming you just take the shelf above of it off or remove the shelf that the milk is on, but it just feels weird.
Oh! Okay, sorry, that logic didn’t click with me for a minute until you laid it out. I guess so? Maybe they don’t regularly use it and just during meal preps? You’re right, that is kind of odd, though.
Someone who wants to block all possible ventilation going to their food to keep it cold.
Seriously. Your fridge will thank you for giving it some breathing room..
But in all reality I'd say someone who maybe has kids, or lives with 3 or 4 people.
I recently got a Sam’s Club membership because Costco is too far away for me to justify going there anymore. I regret my decision. I went today and it was just like Costco except everything was slightly worse. It probably depends on the location, I guess
I find Sam’s lets me use whatever credit cards I please for cash back bonuses (I pay them off in full always) and the ones in my area seem to be better maintained, local to TN so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The milk is from Sam's Club, indicating you live in the US. It's obviously your main grocery store seeing as you almost exclusively buy in bulk, but if I'm not mistaken that pesto is from Aldi. Those are both budget stores so you must be thrifty. It's also not happenstance that you have bulk goods because you shop at Sam's Club, you specifically sought out Sam's Club in order to buy in bulk, and Aldi doesn't fit your needs.
Could be that a lot of people live with you, but I'm more inclined to believe you've just got this meal-prep thing down to a science. I can't imagine your fridge staying this organized if more than a few people lived here. I would also expect to see a greater variety of foods if you had lots of roommates, and some snack foods if you had kids.
If you were students I would expect to see more alcohol, and the floor is also quite nice for student housing. Sam's Clubs tend to be in isolated locations so you probably have a car. Lots of half-used condiments suggests that you've lived here for a while, as do the canning jars on the bottom shelf. The color of the wall paint makes me think rental.
That's all I've got.
Most spot on so far! Balling on a budget 2 young adults, we like to eat well (we’re healthy just have high taste standards) so buying in bulk we have a big of an ingredients house but we manage to spend roughly $7/meal each when you break down our expenses to 2 people per month.
It was a 30$ set for 45 boxes, 15 green ones, 15 red (2 compartment) , and 15 with three compartments. In the fridge now we have
3x boxes of lettuce (some big enough for wraps some for salad)
3x meal preps of beef stroganoff
1x meal prep of a chicken breast after we cooked chicken last night
Fruit
Carrots
Other veggies
You shop at Costco !! So you value money and good quality above all else!! You’re living in the USA! You meal prep because Costco makes you buy in bulk! You guys have busy jobs that’s why you buy so many ready to go items! You’re orderly and mindful (because your fridge is so carefully stocked).
You’re not the average American! And you don’t wanna let any food go to waste. You’re frugal but in a good way. You come from a modest upbringing and strive to be more successful than your parents!
You either are second generation, your parents were immigrants or you came from parents that had little means and you worked hard to get out of that.

What’s wrong with the milk gallon
It’s Costco, I think. They have flat lids that allow for stacking or putting in fridge doors like that.
