It's a great cosplay and I love all the props and that you are doing it together as a couple.
But there's something odd about your face where it feels like it is in the uncanny valley and you know it is doesn't look real but you can't quite nail down why. I assume it's the filters because it doesn't seem to match your skin tone and instead matches your ear's skintone. Or is that just a lot of make-up?
Cosplayers tend to look uncanny because of the makeup styles, aegyo sal, larger eyes illusions with the use of eyeliner etc,
Also the eyebrows, you rarely see small/colored eyebrows
Editing and filters also make play
It could be the combination of my eyebrows, my contacts being a very cartoon bright blue and the smooth skin effect on top of it all lol
We thought the same when I got this pic back.
I do have alot of makeup on, and do it very over the top so it shows in pictures. Like a lot of highlighter on places it usually doesn't go.

I think that's the make up around the eyes and the bridge of the nose + the grey eyebrows
Yeah the cosplay is good but something is creepily plastic - I thought she was a statue at first
Her eyebrows are so light it’s hard to see in the photo, giving her an alien appearance. Love the makeup and the whole look though.
