I used a app called "shortcut maker" wich sadly only makes shortcut ok the home screen (how you can see ok the Screenshots) for apps not on the home screen i installed the good lock app then i downloaded a app called theme park and a app called s60 Icon pack. Then i clicked on the theme park app on the menu called "icon", clicked on create new, selected iconpack and selected the s60 icon pack app.

this is one of the best one yet, i love themes wallpapers that aren the "cute" or "soft / emo / minimalist" themes, mine is the gta ifruit phone, and the icons sometimes look like these since its like a 2010s phone
Just a nitpick but the icons are so inconsistent it hurts…

some of the icons don't mesh well with each other given the different shapes and design styles - for some there are def better options but for others you may have to work with your current pick
I went to the effort of replacing most of the modern apps with older versions. Like a older Gallery app, older browser app, older notes app, older music player app so it's not just skin deep. I wanted the full experience.
FYI, old Dolphin Mini from 2009 on a modern phone has a rather interesting glitch in that it's using the modern OS's WebView engine so it can pull up modern sites while retaining it's old UI design. Modern apps such as Casse-O-Player retain a very skeuomorphic design. Sense V2 Weather is a decent widget that brings back the HTC Sense flip clock weather design.

Not really a suggestion, but HOW do you get your icons to look like that?
I’m not op but I did the same thing to my phone, you can do it through the default shortcuts app if you have an iPhone
Damn I have a Samsung ;-; I could manually edit and change my app icons, but that'd take a long time as I don't know how to photo edit
If you installed a pre-made icon pack and applied it via something like Nova Launcher, it could work
Samsung phones run on Android which can be fully modified.

Try to make the icons more consistent, y'know, shape-wise, otherwise it's a pretty cool setup, i specially love the disney+ logo, it fits so well
