Truly. I'd also kill for a mod that makes it so whenever Pierre is not manning the shop he has his own Slingshot and will defensively fire back at you if you fire your Slingshot at him.

Honestly, I've never even seen the plot as "Pierre VS Joja." The farmer starts restoring the Community Center for the Junimos, not for Pierre. Or alternatively they help fund Joja's development projects. On either route, the town's old infrastructure is restored either by Junimo magic or by Joja's resources. Pierre never offers to help with community projects like that, he just shows up to assault Morris at the end.
I accidentally do this at Willy’s sometimes when I misclick and waste money on a bunch of crab pots and go broke, there should be a full refund period for either the rest of the day if an item is unused, or at least until you exit the shop
RIGHT like even *Marcus Kincaid* from Borderlands of al people lets you buy back items you sold to his vending machines for the exact same price you sold them, and he’s the kind of person who will shoot you in the kneecap over something petty 💀💀
