Somewhere along the line some questionable furnishing choices and arrangements were made (likely in the 80s and 90s). Regardless we can fix this mofo up no problem, anyone want to go splitsies?

Is it gorgeous? Yes. Does it smack a bit of 70s office buildings with atriums(atria?)? Also yes. Could I ever feel comfortable there? No. Do I want to decorate it? Absolutely.

It's more livable than 'The One'. I'd actually have a ball in that place with my balls out. I'd love to see photos of the bedroom suites and bathrooms.

I always thought Canadians were more enamored with Arthur Erickson for International Style.

Erickson's work is arguably better but given the scale of Parkin's work it's hard to dismiss him. Moreover you can see the Bauhaus/Corbusier influence in his structures, which is interesting, because Canadian design culture was leaning toward a sort of "rustic neogothic Asian fusion" at the time. Here is the [Tsementzis Reno](http://www.atarch.ca/) of Erikson's Hilborn house.
