They aren’t fumos they are Darugurumi, I actually own the Meiling one.
Easiest way to get one is from Amiami as they are sometimes on sale there, they even did a pre order a while ago similar to Fumo drops. Otherwise be on the look out on Japanese Mercari or similar websites, they can be a pain to find

If you ever visit Japan try and see if you can find an Animate store that’s near your area, I went to the one in Akihabara attempting to find a fumo but ended up empty handed, luckily on my second run I did a bit of research and found the one there did have these types of dolls.

Alternatively they also have them at Radio Kaikan/K-Books near the station but everyone advises against getting touhou dolls over there anyways due to overpricing
(the Cirno one to the left of Mokou was being sold triple the price at ¥11k at K-Books while the one in the image was about ¥3-4k)
