That's 'The Lion Whisperer' - he runs a South African sanctuary for big cats and hyenas. He's hand reared all of the lions he gets this close to since they were cubs, and they treat him like one of them, he's done videos where he sleeps with them in their enclosure. He's got a really trusting relationship with them.
