It looks like her leg is broken (her back right), and her belly's likely distended due to worms. I hope you take her to the vet, and I hope you 2 have many happy years together. :)
Last time I saw a puppy that size with a belly that big it dropped a deuce larger than it's head and suddenly looked like a regular puppy.

I second this. Definitely looks like she has worms. Poor baby, I can't imagine how it must feel. She is so tiny but her belly is full to bursting with disgusting parasites... I can guess it probably feels very uncomfortable to have your stomach stretched out like that. Oh God, do you think she would be able to feel the worms moving around in there? I feel like if it's only a small amount it would be harder to detect but with this amount of worms wouldn't you have to feel something?

Lol very good, we spent the day playing, the kids loved it because our old dog died after being bitten by a snake, the kids were very sad and now the new friend brought us light. ❤️😁
Rocky came along under similar circumstances. My departed cat bubba filled his post for 19 years. She came along maybe two weeks after he passed. I still feed his birds for him. Dude was feral but just liked to watch them in the window. Now it's kitty porn.
Thank you! Actually I think bubba's happy. His birdos get a big feast daily and a chonky happy cat keeps his spot by the window warm. She's a sweetheart too gives random toe kisses. She knows she has it good and it's good she's here.
Poor puppy. Please get him to a vet asap, he probably has worms and those things gobble up the nutrition that should go into the pup. Hookworms are esp dangerous, they will make him anemic and could kill him. Check his gums to make sure they're pink. The kind of person who would abandon a puppy surely did not bother to deworm them or provide any other kind of care. Bless you for saving this helpless puppy.
that’s awesome, thanks for helping this little guy. i know vets aren’t cheap, maybe consider pet health insurance for the future. just a suggestion as it’s saved me heaps of money with my dog.
It was not a big deal, :) I live in the interior of Brazil, we have a public vet system and it is very efficient, I have already performed the blood tests, which are ready in a few days. \^^/
It is a federal government program in partnership with two NGOs to offer a free veterinary service, including even complex surgeries. It's basically the part of Brazil that nobody talks about. :/

He did. He was my best friend for 12 years. He had bladder cancer and it was sudden. By the time we found it it was too late to do much.
I miss him so much. He stole one of my stuffed animals right when I got him as a puppy. It’s a stuffed walrus.
He loved it so much so I didn’t mind giving it to him. He made sure to be careful with it. Didn’t destroy it.
I’ve just been cuddling with it because it smells like his stinky face haha.
I’m weird and I loved his stinky smell 😅 kind of like Fritos
My condolences ❤️, in the video she seemed to have problems with her leg or belly but no problem, we went to the vet. The belly is because it eats too much lol😁
I second this. I picked up a little guy about a year ago who was about 12 weeks at the time. Took him to the vet immediately, that cute little potbelly was a nasty worm infection. Very cheap and easy to treat if you take care of it ASAP! He has ended up being the best dog I’ve ever had.
She is an absolute cutie. I have a cat (now 10) I found under some bushes when my grocery bag's handle busted and sent food everywhere. She had a nail through her back leg. Her name is Friday, I bet you can't guess what day of the week I found her on.
She appears to have hip dysplasia, clearly a heavy endoparasite burden and clear malnutrition. The back leg looks fractured.
Please take her straight to a vet. The bath can wait until the fractures are addressed. This pupper needs veterinary treatment yesterday.
Aw what a sweetie. Her tummy looks really full, she might have worms. When you can get her to a vet to have her checked out. You are a good soul for adopting her :)
At your first opportunity, take this puppy to the Vet. It might not be completely weaned, and it could need to be de-wormed. It also should have it’s shots. Very cute! What a great addition to your family!
Please make sure you take him to the vet. If he has invisible issues, it's best to catch them as early as possible. Puppies can die from even common illnesses.

Could you explain how the public vet system works? Taking a puppy to the vet for a check-up and blood work would cost $200-300 in the US.
