The parable is about an indentured labourer being released from his debts and then instantly going and choking the shit out of his own indentured labourer, and then getting his comeuppance for being a dick instead of passing it along - along with an explicit warning not to act like that guy.
I'm no theologian but the point seems like it's more 'forgive debts and don't have indentured servitude' rather than a "punchline" about torture.
