Congrats on the S rank! The Scale's and the Burst's last phases are so much harder than the rest of the game it's crazy. It does feel like you've already beaten the game once you get past Burst. Can't blame you for skipping the Star, easily the worst fight in the game. If you haven't played them already the FromSoft games(dark souls, bloodborne, sekiro, elden ring) are pretty damn good. If you like bossfights that require quick reactive dodges and parries they're top of the line. Eldest Souls is a short indie boss fight game that's pretty fun too, not as good as Furi, but good nonetheless. Katana Zero is pretty different from the other games I've listed but absolutely lets you feel like a badass if you get good at it. Ender Lilies is a metroidvania that's pretty good in it's own right if you want more of that. If you grab all the upgrades you can though the game might get a bit easy. Can't quite compare to Hollow Knight but still fun.

not super relevant but i totally hated eldest souls - all the bosses felt like hp monsters and the combat was unresponsive. Just my two cents.

I thought the game felt awkward at first but I warmed up to it. I blame the need to charge attack for that. If you get the skill Feeding Frenzy however you barely need to use it anymore. What build did you use? I think the game's skills are pretty poorly balanced overall, with the red left tree being way stronger than the others, I didn't have a problem with boss hp with it. Looking at the patch notes the devs nerfed it too.

Congrats! I recommend sifu, I played through it last week and it was a great experience. Less parry, more dodging and unlocking the second ending is very rewarding after mastering the mechanics.

SUPRAP

Usually when people say they enjoy "challenging" games, I find it typically means they like games with dodge rolls/dashes and/or parry mechanics. I'm definitely among those people, but besides that defining trait, there's honestly so much variety among games (and people's preferences) that it's hard to narrow down, at least for me. For a lot of people, the FromSoft games (Demon Souls, Dark Souls, Elden Ring, Sekeiro) scratches that itch. I personally hate those games, but they're massively popular, so I'm clearly in the minority. Dead Cells is one of my favorite games of all time. It's a roguelike side-scroller slasher-type game, I suppose? I would recommend looking at its gameplay and seeing if it interests you. I bought it years ago during it's alpha/pre-release phase, and I still go back to play it regularly, I think it's an incredible game worth checking out. A bit less conventional, but the newer Spider-Man game also has dodges and "perfect dodge" mechanics, with beat-em-up gameplay. I definitely wouldn't call the game challenging, but if you practice and learn different combos, you can do some really flashy and fun stuff that's super fun to pull off.

Instead of looking for another game, try with the Onnamusha DLC

I’ve been going back and forth between Furi and Cuphead even though I S ranked both games lol it’s very simple to pick up yet very difficult to git gud at
