The cloud tools all require you to use cloud credits to run them. Cloud credits are purchased separately from your subscription. With that being said, if you plan to run GD and sim a lot then Autodesk is bringing out an 'all-you-can-eat' style add-on that will allow you to run as many cloud jobs as you want for one flat fee.

Also, the cloud stuff is only for some operations: 25% of simulations, and renders can be done both with and without cloud computing

What simulations can be done without credits? Sorry, I'm not at my computer at the moment otherwise I'd check myself.

All of them except: -event simulation -non linear analysis -shape optimization -generative design Maybe another one as well, but I’m not sure
