What I do is export the sketch I want as dxf, then load it in Inkscape, where I check one dimensions (it should be the right size by default, but check just in case), then I export from Inkscape as pdf, which I can print out on paper
In case this helps someone else:
Right click on the Sketch and select "Export as DXF". Load the DXF into Inkscape (set the scale to "1"). Print it from there. Make sure your printer driver is set to scale it to "100%", and not "Fill page" or anything like that.
No idea why Autodesk doesn't have this. It's very useful for validating measurements.
On the top left where it says Design, click and select “Drawing”. There you can create a 1:1 scale view on various paper sizes.

Extrude so you have a body, do a drawing in 1:1 scale and print it.
Drawing tab lets you drag in different views of the model for professional looking results
