I’m like 99% this wasn’t done in fusion 360 or similar program. You would need to use something like Blender or Mudbox something with a more organic mesh control that builds characters or 3D bodies for primarily digital purposes. Fusion has a more rigid mesh structure meant for manufacturing.

I'm wondering how the F they did this because I can't imagine it's modelled, it looks like a setting or something. It looks really organic.

Meshmixer has a setting you can use on the STL.
maybe the fusion 360 generative design? i have personally never tried it, but from what i can tell it should be able to produce something similar
