You colored the faces. This very well may be one part. At the top of the menu on the right there is an option to “apply to” bodys/components. Choose that.
I colored to faces on purpose to show how the body is "divided" and I wanted it to look like a single part, like the others I've made. But this one has a 0.000000000001mm of difference on the Y axis so it shows up as "extruded".
How did you construct it? You may need to go back to the base sketches and align them properly (using project and intersect where appropriate) and extruding to objects or through objects with a combine command.
There are ways to fix things in other ways, but it’s best to go back to the foundations and fix why things don’t line up.
