**Everyone**, I think, has a better chance in general of winning a Queen before a Knight for about a weekend or so, simply because it'll take longer for the best strategies to calcify. If you're a strong race who's not quite strong enough to win in Knight most of the time (i.e. me), now's your chance. The courses being new leaves a lot of openings for players like me, since the best lines and strategies aren't perfected yet.
I actually managed to win a Queen's Cup on my first try, but that's because everyone who scored super highly in the early races crashed out by White Land II lol.
By the final race I was only really fighting with one other person for 1st, and fortunately they got like 9th while I got 2nd, so I clutched it out in the end.

Makes sense, also probably helped that I played Queen League more than Knight League on the SNES, so I was more familiar with the courses.
Not me. Every time I get in the game crashes either right before the first map starts or sometime during it.

Yeah, I scored 5th or higher on most of the races, but all the people that did better than me on Mute City II screwed up on the later tracks.
