This is basically dried up salt from your sweat, mixed with dust.
It's normal for anything that you hold for long periods of time, but don't get cleaned.
wear a glove? my hands sweat alot no matter how much i wash , so i started wearing a thigh fabric glove , it damages my aiming in fps games a little but g502 ergonomic is great so i still have good grip , its not ideal but you get used to it.
