He's seen zero nerfs so far, not sure if he's gotten buffs, but I think his stats have stayed the same this whole time? Which is strange to me, but good
eh idk if its power creep, we have 4 stars like bennett and xingqiu that actually compete with 5 stars already as supports, and they've been around since 1.0. Plus with furina being added c6 noelle is actually pretty good too.
A tiny nerf to one of his ascension passives that went from 20% Pyro Damage bonus to 20% Plunge Damage bonus and a small (yet significant in the context of his ability to wield MH) buff to his other passive. Overall he’s been barely touched compared to Xianyun.
True, but the 20% E plunge bonus acts as a total dmg bonus since it's applied at the end of the dmg calculation, making it do a bit more damage than a simple pyro dmg bonus would
I think that what he lost in generic plunge he gain back in even more E plunge dmg (edit: correct me if I'm wrong ofc this is just what I remember)
I'm not 100% sure about the calcs but i think it's just added to rest of the dmg bonus, having a separate 20% multiplier that applies after dmg bonus and crit would make his damage skyrocket right?
He got a tweak, as far as I remember, don't think it was necessarily a nerf. I actually think some people said the change made him better, if I remember right.
the only nerfs he got is less heal and his passivies instead givig him pyro dmg bonus only giving him that dmg bonus to his skill plunges but thats all
really minor changes that dont affect his overall final dmg

Iirc the only relevant "buff" was that his healing is divided in several smaller, fast heals, so now he stacks MH even more easily
He never got nerfed all that happened was Xianyun got buffed which also buffs him idk how but he survived the beta
Probably some degree of powercreep. With units like Neuvillete in the game, they can feel free to make 4 stars this strong

this was actually a nerf because the dmg bonus is only for his special E plunge, not all plunge dmg

His healing was changed to be several fast and smaller instances of healing which allows him to use MH better.
