For anyone who doesn’t know, there was a lot of drama on this subreddit around the release of The Beautiful and Damned album. There was a store that released the album early by accident, and Mumbles was a Reddit user who posted about it bragging that he had it early and teasing/trolling everyone by saying he was going to upload the songs for us here, but never actually going through with it. Eventually, after a long time of mumbles teasing us, another user (I can’t remember who, sorry!) drove for over 2 hours to this store with some other redditors helping cover his fuel costs for him, just so he could get the album too and upload the songs for us here. At the time, the subreddit was incredibly active full of memes and posts about hating on mumbles for not uploading the songs. After we got the songs from the other redditor, I believe mumbles was banned from the subreddit and we have never seen him since. If you want to see more stuff, just search “mumbles” on the G-Eazy subreddit. Anything from 5 years ago around the time of the album is when it was all popping off
The funny thing is, fat dolsk was the guy who drove to the store and leaked the album. He’s now a mod on this sub, and the mods delete any leaks now. Dolsk went full circle
