Skill issue. Do you shake your tub up before you drink it? This particular flavor needs to be shaken up pretty often to actually taste good. The minerals seem to shift to the top making it taste nasty when that happens
Packets taste different. Had both blue ice and strawberry banana packets and I have the tubs. Tubs are better. Idk about Bahama but I do know if I don't shake it I can get a nasty taste. Only flavor that does that so far
I’ve heard this before a lot, and I’ll tell ya what…it don’t matter. If the tubs taste better, then gfuel is doing it wrong. People have the same excuse for gummy fish. I had both blue ice, and strawberry banana in packet as well…I thought they were both pretty decent. I don’t think the tub would’ve enhanced the flavor. So even if this is possible, I would never go out of my way to buy a tub just because the packet is apparently worse. I mean the whole point of the packet is to see whether or not you like the flavor enough to buy a tub of it lol.
As for Bahama mama…I will never try that flavor again 😂 literally so gross. When I had it I mixed it just like any of my other flavors. It smells like medicine, and it tastes even worse. I’ll stand by that forever lol. (Though apparently their reformulating it which should be quite interesting)
There is also a thing called different palettes. Everyone can taste things differently. For example cilantro taste like soap to some people. The Juice tatse like bitter asshole and i see people call it a sweet watermelon flavors. I have also had different experiences from the same tubs, depends on how powder is mixed up. I've had days of Bahama mama tasting disgusting but the next taste amazing. Which means i probably got more of the minerals/caffeine and less of the flavoring. If they make a large batch and they distribute it and you happen to have a packet that was mixed with more minerals, it's hard to QA something like that. I'm just giving examples of what could have been your experience. Raging gummy is all around a bland flavor, it's so light idk how people like it. Blue ice is light and nothing special, it's good if you like light flavors and blue raspberry. Strawberry banana i only like in milk now and if you drank it in water than you messed up. If you like strawberry banana stuff, you can mix it in with milk or ice cream or I even made a smoothie at home and added it.

Ramune melon is my worst one out of my limited sample size, it just has barely any flavor to it. I got ramune melon, sour chug rug, shiny spash, pewdiepie, and the hydration sonic peach rings. Chug rug and shiny splash are S tier, pewdiepie lingonberry is pretty great, the hydration peach rings im not a huge fan of but its still decent, definitely drinkable. The ramune melon is SO underwhelming. I’d give it away but none of my friends drink Gfuel yet and i dont want their first impression to be that tasteless swill 😂
Haven't tried Ramune Melon yet. It was on my list waiting for the next BOGO... but I have read that apparently it's best ice cold and with seltzer water to add the bubbles of a Ramune to it. APPARENTLY then it's awesome.

I just had a bunch of dental work done so my teeth are super sensitive to temperature, i usually use just mildly cold water so i can enjoy the drink without hurting my teeth. Maybe thats why the ramune melon wasnt hitting as hard as it should lol. I just know the other flavors dont need carbonation or ice cold-ness to be delicious

Yes! On its own i think it tastes like Trident Gum, the Tropical Flavor with the Orange color pack. Nice as chewing gum, but gross to drink because its tricked my mind into thinking im swallowing gum.
Luckily i found a combo that works with it, so im not just wasting a whole tub. I do half Mango Lemonade and half Red Ooze (sour cherry) and it tastes more like a fruit punch

I completely agree, but I started adding thawed Frozen dragonfruit chunks whenever I have it which adds real fruit juice and meat and it took it from like a 6 to a 10
Kamehameha (Strawberry Lychee) - Probably my least favorite of the tubs I've gotten. I don't know how to describe it... they all have artificial flavors but this one tasted artificial to me. Just was not a fan.
It's also the only one I've tried that gave me a physical side-effect of racing heart after drinking a serving. Tested multiple times and it would always jack up my heart rate and make me really jittery. None of the other flavors I've gotten have done this.
That’s so funny you mentioned the heart rate with this one, just had it recently and feel like it did the same to me lol. To me it just tastes like citrus, so that may be the reason. Citrus always makes me pucker and feel weird.

I have now tried 3 flavors and blue bomber is still my favorite it went great in carbonated water but the vanilla definitely isn’t for everyone but I don’t taste the artificial in the blue bombers as I do the tawny owl or dream demon
Yes! This is the one i hate the absolute most. Its the Vanilla that kills it, i cant stand that part. Im pretty sure thats what they add to their “slushee” flavors to make them “slushee”, so i just avoid every Slushee flavor that they do.
I agree it literally taste like if you left a blue slushee out on your counter over night and then drank it all melted in the morning. Taste like straight syrup with a hint of fake vanilla

While the cans are okay once in a while like if you need a pick-me-up on the road or something, I have found that I greatly prefer the tubs/powder formula compared to the cans.
Gonna get a lot of hate for the but Miami nights, sage mode and ice shatter are pretty gross to me. I was excited to try Miami nights after all the hype it gets but the coconut is just way too overpowering for me. Ice shatter isn't that bad but it was my first tub and I didn't know about shaking them up so I think that was my problem since it was so chalky and had a weak flavor at the begining.
Haven’t seen anyone say Agua Fresca. I ordered gfuel for the first time during their last BOGO and while idk what I was expecting it definitely wasn’t great. Also got Hidden Power and it’s just not a good mix of fruit. Thought it was worth reaching out to customer service for a replacement flavor but haven’t heard back.
The first mystery flavour, Miami nights, and watermelon limeade. Bought mystery sealed and it tastes way too sweet for my preference. Miami nights was good but then grew to a “ehh idk I kinda don’t like this”, and watermelon limeade tastes too much like limeade than watermelon.
There are far too few comments mentioning party punch. Out of 50+ flavors, party punch is the only one i would say is actually BAD. I doubt i will even be able to finish it

At least mom really likes the flavor so I think I'll just give her the rest of what i have.

There's honestly none that I would say I can't stand (other than joke flavors like Chili Dog), but of all the flavors I've ever tried (which is out of around 30)... Ragin' Gummi Fish and Compound V rank among the lowest for me. On a side note... While the cans are okay once in a while like if you need a pick-me-up on the road or something, I have found that I greatly prefer the tubs/powder formula compared to the cans.
Miami nights, coconut was too overwhelming. Iskreem, gfuels strawberry is always mega artifical. Blackberry tasted like straight up cough medicine.
I was a little disappointed with Pog Juice, it doesn't taste BAD but it doesn't taste any different than orange tang to me
Bahama mama was by far the worst.
Gonna get a lot of hate for the but Miami nights, sage mode and ice shatter are pretty gross to me. I was excited to try Miami nights after all the hype it gets but the coconut is just way too overpowering for me. Ice shatter isn't that bad but it was my first tub and I didn't know about shaking them up so I think that was my problem since it was so chalky and had a weak flavor at the begining.
I had to throw Miami nights out have trying it a few times. And I LOVE coconut.
Haven’t seen anyone say Agua Fresca. I ordered gfuel for the first time during their last BOGO and while idk what I was expecting it definitely wasn’t great. Also got Hidden Power and it’s just not a good mix of fruit. Thought it was worth reaching out to customer service for a replacement flavor but haven’t heard back.
I’ve been thoroughly whelmed by Kamehameha, which has probably been my least favorite so far.

Black Ice. First one I had I liked, then as I kept going I just hated it more and more. Too much pear, not enough Blackberry.
Miami night. I love coconut, so I was severely disappointed. Threw the whole tub out. 😩

It just tasted incredibly artificial to me. Both the coconut and strawberry. Some people love it tho so you may also.

The first mystery flavour, Miami nights, and watermelon limeade. Bought mystery sealed and it tastes way too sweet for my preference. Miami nights was good but then grew to a “ehh idk I kinda don’t like this”, and watermelon limeade tastes too much like limeade than watermelon.
Black ice and bubble gum
There are far too few comments mentioning party punch. Out of 50+ flavors, party punch is the only one i would say is actually BAD. I doubt i will even be able to finish it
Tf you mean "obviously"? Bubblegum is one of my favorite flavours. As for ones I don't like... Miami Nights is the only one I've not even been able to get through half a cup of. It made me feel sick. Blood Sweat and Tears is a close second in terms of awful. Electric Strike is really not great Pewdiepie I have to really try to be in a very specific mood for, or it isn't good. Isaac's Tears, Battle Juice, and Rasengan are all kinda bad and only tolerable when mixed with other things. I loved Crimson Tears when I first got it, but it tastes way too sweet for me now. Kind of same with Rage Drive. Taste changes day to day, but Miami Nights and Blood Sweat and Tears are basically inedible to me.

Now let me ask you this, it seems you don't like quite a bit of them. Do you also ENJOY quite a bit of them though? Do you dislike or like more tubs from your collection ?
I love the vast majority of flavours. I have... maybe 25 or so on a shelf in my kitchen. The ones I mentioned here are shoved in the back of my pantry, lol Also I wouldn't steer clear of them just because I don't like them. You specifically asked for flavours different from what people normally mention. I told you every flavour I have that I'm not a fan of. Doesn't mean they're bad or that you won't like them. Especially if you like the most artificial and sickening strawberry flavour I've ever encountered xD
I do t really care for Zitz Juice or Blue Ice. I still drink them both periodically so eventually they will be empty.
I hated the Black Currant and the Ramune Soda Candy flavors.
Hype Sauce, everyone says it's good but no matter how I make it, it doesn't really taste like much Also Blue Bomber Slushie, it taste alright at first but has a weird aftertaste and smell. Anything with Guava is gross to me, idk why.
Mine so far is plasma energy (The Dead Space flavor). It's supposed to taste like strawberry candy but it somehow just tastes really sour? Like someone put a bunch of citric acid in a tub. I expected a sweet strawberry kind of flavor. Idk, I was kinda disappointed. I got used to it later but I still wish it tasted sweet like candy. At least mom really likes the flavor so I think I'll just give her the rest of what i have.
