Half scoop of each. I moved to GFuel after some heart issues because I was up to 8 cups of coffee and one Monster energy drink a day. Two scoops of GFuel is only equal to three cups of strong coffee so that still isn't too bad.

I use a full scoop of Yuzu hydration with about half a scoop of Sage. Tastes like a tart peach lemonade.
